ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5340 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 that the petitioner Page No.1 of 4

shall report before the The Inspector of Police, F2- SIPCOT Police Station, Thiruvallur District, every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5340 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 is relaxed.
