Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner in complying the conditions on three hearings and may be pleased to permit the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P. No.12871 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017 in Crl.A.No.765 of 2016 directing the petitioner to report before the XI Additional City Civil Sessions Judge (CBI cases, relating to Bank and Financial Institutions), Chennai first working day of once in three months viz, October, January, April, July at 10.30a.m until further orders and pass such orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.ANANTHA KRISHNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the absence of the petitioner in complying the conditions on three hearings and to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.12871 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017 in Crl.A.No.765 of 2016.
2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions on six hearing dates.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
