ORDER
The above civil revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to be issued to the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, to consider for the speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.605 of 2024.

The petitioners have filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking to dissolve their marriage, which was solemnized on 06.07.2003. The said petition was filed on 23.10.2024 and the same is numbered as H.M.O.P.No.605 of 2024 and the matter is posed on 24.06.2025 for the appearance of the parties after the statutory period. Meanwhile, the petitioners have taken out petitions for advancing the hearing and for waiver of the six months period and those petitions have been filed on 24.02.2025 and the same are yet to be numbered. It appears that the said petitions have been returned for compliance. 3.
The learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, is therefore directed to number the petitions for advancing the hearing and for waiver and pass
orders therein and if orders are not passed in that petitions before 24.06.2025, then, the learned Judge shall dispose of H.M.O.P.No.605 of 2025 on 24.06.2025 itself, which is the date, on which, the matter is posted for appearance of parties after the six months statutory period.
With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands allowed. No costs.
