(1) of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 and re-allotment to the Tamilnadu Electricity Board as per G.O.MS.No. 2(D) No. 56 Industries (MIHI) department dated 01.03.1994 as lapsed in view of the Section 24(2) of the Right to fair compensation and transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).
