ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.01.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.18482 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28335 of 2024 that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28335 of 2025 dated 13.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18482 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28335 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
