This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 49 days in preferring an appeal for enhancement of sentence as against the judgment passed in Spl.C.C.No.20 of 2020, dated 14.11.2024 by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge at Cuddalore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.
