When the matter is taken up of hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petition has been filed without the crime number.

He further submit that the case has been registered in Crime Number 84 of 2023 against the first petitioner along with for the offences under Sections, 337 and 304(A) of IPC. He further submit that the first petitioner had already surrendered before the police station and he has been released on station bail and so far as the second petitioner is concerned, he has not an accused in this case.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
