ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of Page No.1 of 4
one week and thereafter, report before the Killai Police Station, Chidambaram, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4624 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4624 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is relaxed.
