.. Respondents in both W.Ps Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to review/revoke the order of suspension passed against the petitioner on 14.07.2014 by the 5th respondent.

the writ petitioners had been revoked and they are reinstated into service. Thus, it is left open to the writ petitioners to defend the disciplinary proceedings, if any pending and the disciplinary authorities are also bound to conclude the enquiry at the earliest possible.

2.With these observations, both the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
