The writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents not to construct or lay the road or disturb the petitioner's property in S.No.167 situated at Sorancherry, Sekkadu Village, AvadiTaluk, Thiruvallur District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2020.

2. The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the during the pendency of the writ petition road has been laid.
