Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.79 of 2016 on 16.04.2016 for offence u/s 323 IPC against three persons. Now the petitioner has come up with this petition for a direction to the respondent police to include offences u/s 307, 341, 447, 448 and 506 IPC.

3. In the considered opinion of this Court, such direction cannot be issued under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is needless to state that during the course of investigation, if evidence relating to the aforesaid higher offences surface, it is open to the respondent police to file Alteration Report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
