This application has been filed for extension of Mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of 1 year.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for only a period of 8 months instead of 1 year.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of and the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended for a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator.
