Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Ayanavaram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.10657 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.10657 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020, the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Ayanavaram Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.10657 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, on the first working day of every Month, until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
