Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to effect the electricity service connection to the shed situated in Survey No.133, Shanthi Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner's application bearing Reference No.200080610324185 dated 15.03.2024, after taking into consideration

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first and second respondents to effect the electricity service connection to the shed situated in Survey No.133, Shanthi Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner's application bearing Reference No.200080610324185 dated 15.03.2024, after taking into consideration the petitioner's reply letter dated 04.04.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner applied for electricity service connection for the property comprised in Survey No.133, Shanthi Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District on 15.03.2024. Simultaneously, the third respondent raised objections before the first respondent. That apart, the petitioner
failed to produce title documents with regard to the subject property. Therefore, the first respondent was not able to pursue the application.
4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and on production of title documents by the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
