Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.09.2015 under the supervision of the third respondent and investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for respondents.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) that the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.09.2015 has been forwarded to the All Women Police Station, Poonamallee and the petition enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate( Crl.side), the Inspector of All Women Police Station, Poonamallee is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC

1. The said enquiry shall be completed, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case the complaint is closed, the concerned police is directed to send the Closure Report to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of closing the report. Further, the petitioner is directed to challenge on the Closure Report by making a private complaint. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
