This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 2 to 4, who are legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, as the respondents 2 to 4 in the above Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondents 2 to 4 as the respondents 2 to 4 in this Criminal Revision Case.
