Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.4 of 2011 was completed and Final Report in CC.No.266 of 2011 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Erode and the case has now been transferred to the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode and has been renumbered as CC.No.35 of 2015.
