ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to act upon the representations made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has alleged serious financial irregularities on the part of the 2nd respondent association.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.09.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law. The 1st respondent shall afford sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and to the 2nd respondent association before passing final orders. The 1st respondent shall pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with copy of the representation dated 15.09.2020 and all other relevant document and also a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
