ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to register a First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2015, investigate into the offences and file a Final Report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
