2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of a mandamus to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 28.03.2024. The petitioners' representation dated 28.03.2024 is addressed to the respondents 1 & 2, who are not the competent authorities to consider the application submitted by the
petitioners for regularisation under Section 113-C of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to submit fresh application for regularisation before competent authority and follow up their representation in the manner known to law complying with the statutory requirements.
