ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition challenging the sale notice of the respondent dated 30.06.2020 which was published on 01.07.2020.

2. The petitioner has already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal challenging the notice dated 30.06.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed. We, however, expect the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to take up the application after numbering it within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the interim order granted by this court 01.09.2020 shall continue. No costs. Consequently,connected WMPs are closed.
