This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners in any manner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Ganesh Kumar, petition enquiry is pending and this petitioners have been summoned by the respondent police.
4. Under such circumstances, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioners can be passed. The petitioners are directed to co-operate for the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, they should not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
