Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.7541 of 2024 dated 20.03.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7541 of 2024, thereby directed the fourth respondent to submit fresh proposal for the approval of the petitioner's appointment for the post of BT Assistant and further directed the second respondent to consider the said proposal and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the petitioner's request and passed order by the proceedings dated 02.07.2025. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 02.07.2025 passed by the second respondent before this Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. Insofar as the monetary benefits are concerned, the respondents are directed to disburse all the monetary benefits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
