sr COMMON ORDER Mr. K.Mahesh, learned counsel appearing for Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation submits that a request was made by the civil revision petitioners, seeking for reduction in tax and the said reduction was considered and reduced by 25%. Learned counsel would say that the matter has been settled between the parties in Na.Ka.4058/2023/A3(C) dated 18.05.2023 and therefore, nothing remains for adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. Recording the above submission, all the civil revision petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
