(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner has made a grievance about deforestation. The only prayer made in the writ petition is for the inspection to be carried out of the area, and in that context, the representation of the petitioner dated 01.05.2016 to be disposed of.

2. The petitioner actually filed the writ petition soon after the representation and that may be the reason that nothing transpired in the interregnum.

3. We expect the representation of the petitioner to be decided on inspection of the site after notice to all concerned in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of this order.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
