The petitioner is said to have purchased a property by way of sale deed dated 26.11.1981 and 08.12.1981. The petitioner is also said to have obtained a decree in O.S.No.2333 of 1985, dated 24.10.1994, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Poonamalle. Thereafter, the petitioner made a request for measurement of his property.

2. Therefore, considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third parties, whose names are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
