ORDER

It is stated by the petitioner that on 22.03.2012, the petitioner's relative one Narayanan and his henchmen wanted to occupy the petitioner's property. Since the petitioner has refused to honour their wishes, the petitioner's mother was attacked by them. The petitioner's mother lodged a complaint before the fourth respondent, but the fourth respondent has not taken any action on the same. It is further stated that the respondents 5 and 7, who are working as Police Constables, compelled the petitioner to handover his property to the said Narayanan, and on his refusal, they attacked the petitioner due to which the petitioner got injured. The petitioner made a complaint about the same to the fourth respondent and a case in CSR No.

131 of 2017 was also registered, but no legal action has been taken on the respondents 5 and 6, as they are Police Constables. The petitioner made a complaint dated 08.05.2017 to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 for their illegal activities, but the same has not been considered so far. Hence this writ petition. 2.Mr.D.Vairamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
