ORDER

The applicant has sought for an injunction restraining the first respondent-Bank or any other person claiming through them, from pursuing the claim against the applicant in connection with a deed of mortgage dated 10.03.2007, pending disposal of the suit.

2. From the records, it is seen that only notice was ordered in this application and there was no interim order, till today. The first respondent-Bank

vj2 had also entered appearance in the matter, though they have not filed any counter affidavit in this application or written statement in the suit.
