Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction upon the respondents to register the complaint in C.S.R.No.120 of 2014, dated 18.08.2014, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mallasamudram Police Station, Namakkal District, and also the complaint dated 08.09.2014, and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction upon the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint, pending in C.S.R.No.120 of 2014, dated 18.08.2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mallasamudram Police Station, Namakkal District, and also the complaint dated 08.09.2014, and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that based on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

In view of the abovesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent-Inspector of Police to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the petitioner is also at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
