Crl.M.P.No.7222 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5196 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until the further orders has been pronounced in Crl.O.P.No.5196 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly once i.e. on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
