ORDER

The petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer of H.M.O.P.No.4840 of 2014 filed by the respondent/husband on the file of the III Additional Family Court to the file of Family Court, Trichy on the ground that she is living with her parents in Trichy. 2.

Heard Mr.Babitha Sunil, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Both the parties are present. The petitioner would submit that her safety is not assured in Chennai. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent opposed to transfer the case to Trichy. 4.

In view of that, it is appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P.No.4840 of 2014 to the file of Sub-Court, Kallakurichi for disposal. The Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose of the matter on or before 30th August, 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
