2. Subsequent to the proposals which were mooted by the Court and also agreed upon by the parties, the petitioners/tenants have filed individual affidavit of undertaking to vacate the respective portions under their occupation within a period of one month from the respondent in RCOP No.1548 of 2015 delivering vacant possession to the landlord.

3. The said affidavit is recorded. It is made clear that till such time, the petitioners/tenants shall pay the agreed rent without any default and shall also without seeking any further extension of time and also inducting third parties into the petition premises, they shall surrender the vacant possession to the 2/7

respondents/landlords as undertaken in Paragraph No.3 of the affidavit.

2. A mention was made by the learned counsel to incorporate the correct RCOP number, in respect of different tenant, which is pending before the Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

3. Accordingly, the correct number of RCOP Number is "1550" and not 1548 of 2015. Hence, in the 2 nd paragraph of the order dated 03.11.2025, the RCOP No. shall be corrected as "1550 of 2015" instead of RCOP No.1548 of 2015.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the above correction and issue fresh order copy.
