Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Proceeding in Na.Ka.No.L1/5777/2019 dated 11.04.2019 admittedly signed by the 2nd respondent on 15.04.2019 and quash the same in so far as it denies scholarship to the petitioners and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to release Post Matric Scholarship amount and maintenance allowance for SC/ST students admitted in management quota (category II) during 2018-2019.
