This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to carry out true and proper investigation and register the complaint dated 21.11.2014 and subsequent complaint dated 28.11.2014.

2. The complaint was lodged by the petitioner as against one Elumalai, President of Keelmaruvathur Panchayat, alleging that the petitioner was deserted by her husband and taking advantage of the situation, the said Elumalai started giving sexual torture.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted tht the complaint given to the first respondent was enquired into and the same was closed on 22.07.2015 as false allegation.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Court cannot give a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
