O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation dated 01.05.2015 stating that an extent of 4.34 acres in Survey Nos.156/2, 157/2 and 157/3, at Koothambakkam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District, belongs to him and a wrong entry has been made in the patta in Patta No.265 in favour of the third respondent.

2. The said representation of the petitioner has not been disposed of. Therefore, taking note of the pendency of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the said representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
