The second respondent Mr. Vivek Marghasahayam was present in Court in the earlier hearing date. He is also today present in Court. On the previous hearing date, he had stated that he would ensure that Ramnath Vaidyanath Kalpathy would be removed from the Board of the first respondent/defendant and that fact would be reported today.

2. An affidavit had been filed wherein it is stated that by a Board resolution dated 26.07.2024, Mr.Vivek Marghasahayam has resigned from the directorship of the first defendant company.

3. Recording this fact, no further orders are required in the present application. The same stands closed.
