This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali, to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.161 of 2015 in the manner known to law, by executing the Non-bailable warrant issued by him in C.C.No.161 of 2015 against the accused on 14.8.2015.

2. The accused in this case are absconding and on 14.08.2015, the learned Judicial Magistrate Sirkali, has issued non-bailable warrant against the accused but the respondent police has not executed the same. Hence, the present petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instruction, from the Inspector of Police Poompuhur Police Station, submitted that the non-bailable warrant will be executed within a period of one month.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no need to pass any specific direction. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
