The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.28 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi, Cuddalore on 31.03.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
