Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to call for the records relating to the FIR in crime No.1288 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B3- Kattur Crime Branch Police Station, Coimbatore District in respect of the petitioner herein is concerned and to quash the same.

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.1288 of 2014 registered by the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 395 r/w 397, 506(ii) and 507 of IPC, as against the petitioner and others. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.1288 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore on 08.12.2024. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
