Pleader Order This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to consider the representation dated 02.08.2024 made to the respondent 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner herein to transit irrigation pipe of 4" inch diameter from S.No.48/3 and 197/3B, agricultural cultivation well to another side of cultivation lands in S.No.41/11, across the LBP water canal under situated in S.No.45/4 at Palakarai Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is doing cultivation in the said village for two generations having water resources in one side and in another side of the cultivation land in S.No.41/11 there is no water resources. In this regard, he has submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 dated 02.08.2024 for transmitting the water through SBI Water Canal. Since no action was taken on the petitioner's representation, he has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this Court, without expressing anything on merits, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
