Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent made in G.O.Ms.No.19/2009/TD dated 17.12.2009 published in the extraordinary Gazette of Union Territory of Puducherry in Part I dated 18.12.2009 and quash the same and direct the first respondent and 2nd respondent herein to include the respective petitioners' route Pondicherry to Chennai (via) Marakanam, Chunampet, Maduranthakam and Chengalpet; and Cuddalore to Tindivanam (via) Puducherry in the ensuing draft supplementary Inter-State Agreement and thereafter pass final order thereon on such supplementary inter-state agreement by including the petitioners' route in the final agreement.

2.Therefore, both the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
