Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

It is seen from the docket orders, dated 06.08.2014 and 09.01.2015, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, wherein, it was observed that judgement relied by the learned counsel for the petitioner was not relevant to the prayer and the learned counsel for the petitioner did not argue with regard to the point as to the maintainability of the Petition before the Court. Therefore, the Judicial Magistrate returned the papers and the same is challenged in this Petition.

Considering the abovesaid orders dated 06.08.2014 and 09.01.2015, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam, to pass orders regarding the maintainability of the Petition without returning the papers to the petitioner and after hearing the parties and he shall pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
