ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2015 and to file a final report before the competent Court within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.59 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
