Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to orders of the respondents vide letter No.nil dated 17.08.2018 and No.CUB/AO/HRMD/E-1396/2019-20 dated 07.02.2020, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to restore the basic pay of the petitioner from Rs.23,900/- to Rs.35,400/- with all consequential benefits arising thereto including the share values which he was holding with the Bank.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders of the respondents vide letter No.nil dated 17.08.2018 and No.CUB/AO/HRMD/E-1396/2019-20 dated 07.02.2020 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ petition itself is not maintainable as against private bank, the respondents filed counter stating that the petitioner has submitted his resignation on 16.04.2019 which was duly accepted and the petitioner was relieved from service. That apart, the petitioner was settled all dues as full and final settlement and as such, it is not open to the petitioner to question the punishment imposed by the respondents. 2/4

Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
