This Court by an earlier order dated 13.02.2018 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as first installment on or before 05.03.2018. On 05.03.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was posted to 22.03.2018, and on 22.03.2018, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.03.2018. Even today (23.03.2018) there is no proof for payment on behalf of the petitioner is not produced before this Court.
