This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's Saving Account No.6905091318, maintained with the first respondent.

The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the petitioner's account had already been de-frozen pursuant to the directions issued by the third respondent.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
