ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to inquire into the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2025 and instruct the second respondent to register a case against the third respondent and the 2 constables belonging to Selvapuram Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner filed a complaint dated 07.02.2025 on the file of the respondents 1 and 2 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.02.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and if any cognizable offence is made out in the complaint lodged by the petitioner, direct the concerned jurisdictional Police to register FIR and proceed with the investigation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
