Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue appropriate direction, order in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 23.05.2022 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders within a time to be stipulated by this Court and to give adequate police protection to enable him to proceed with the construction of poultry farm in the land in S.F.No.263/B and 264, Aamanthakadavu Village Panchayat, Udumalai Taluk, Pin Code-642 201, Tiruppur District. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.05.2022 and pass orders within a time to be stipulated by this Court and to give adequate police protection to enable him to proceed with the construction of poultry farm in the land in S.F.No.263/B and 264, Aamanthakadavu Village Panchayat, Udumalai Taluk, Tiruppur District. 2.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a peace committee was constituted and concluded and it was advised that no law and order problem could be created by anyone.
3.In such view of the matter, if any law and order problem created by any person, who has no right over the petitioner's property, it is the duty of the 3rd respondent to take necessary steps to protect the life and property of the petitioner and act as per law. If any cognizable offence is made, the 3rd respondent to proceed in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
