Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2014 and 22.12.2014 with reference to the objection of the petitioner on assessment of property tax and water connection by the first respondent exclusively in the name of the fourth respondent by admitting and relying upon the document No.4771 of 2014 registered in the office of the third respondent by directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the property situated in survey number 327/2B3 to an extent of 1.40 Acres situated in Kannampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District and to pass orders in accordance with law.
