O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram, has come forward with this petition to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry for joint trial along with M.O.P.No.122 of 2014 filed by the respondent/husband. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/husband. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2014 as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2014 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Villupuram and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry for joint trial along with M.O.P.No.122 of 2014. The Presiding Officer, Family Court, Villupuram, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2014 to the file of the Family Court, Puducherry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Presiding Officer, Family Court, Puducherry is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of both the cases viz., H.M.O.P.No.79 of 2014 and M.O.P.No.122 of 2014 jointly within six months from the date of receipt of the material papers.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.
